Weddings
Every love story is unique and so is every wedding. I capture those moments you may have missed, telling the story of the day as it happens and unfolds through both photography and video. Afterwards we collate these photos into an album which pieces together your story. I offer multiple packages and am able to work to most budgets, as I understand how unique everyone's story is. There are examples over in my portfolio and a dedicated section of this site to answer any questions too.
Birth
Every birth is special and unique. The constant in each is the love and care that often goes unnoticed. The anticipation of meeting your baby and the new life that is about to appear. It is a magical moment to witness. Birth photography can help capture those tender moments and the look when you first meet your child. It can also aid with postnatal depression and shinning new light on your labour. The story of life as it begins.
Newborn
A new chapter begins. You can choose how to capture your newborns story, either in the studio or at your home. At home lifestyle newborn sessions are a snapshot of your story with a newborn and can be performed at any age. Studio wrapped photography sessions are more posed and capture those tiny details of their story. They ideally need to be photographed within the first 14 days. In order to best capture your newborn I have undertaken several newborn photography training courses, hold a full DBS check and Pediatric first aid. Sitters
Sitter sessions are so much fun. Your babies journey has now become more mobile and with it their personalities start to shine through. These moments don't last forever as their story progresses towards the first chapter. These sessions are great when purchased with a 'Grow with me box' to keep all your photos together from newborn onward.
Cake Smash
Cake smash photography sessions usually celebrate the end of a chapter. They can be for any age, including adults celebrating milestone birthdays. Multiple options are available to suit all budgets. Examples of cake smash sessions can be seen in my portfolio
Family
Every family has their own story to tell, which is why no two of my family photography sessions are ever the same. Bring props or use the ones in the studio, dress up or fancy dress tell your family story the way you want to. I even offer a modern unique family portrait session which can be seen over in the portfolio.
Dogs / Pets
I am a massive animal lover. Some of my favourite sessions are having dogs in my studio or out on location. I treat your fur baby as if it is my own. Dogs are very much a best friend and are definitely part of the family. I have teamed up with a local cake maker to make dog cakes for dog cake smashes. Whether it is a family portrait or photos of your pets I can tailor the photography session to meet your requirements.
Maternity
There is a huge amount of excitement with Maternity photo shoots. I love the excited look on parents faces and the joy at the story which is about to be told. I offer both in studio photo shoot and on location maternity photo shoots depending upon your taste.
Special Events
I love the twists and turns of a story and photographing all of those special moments. Photographing special events such as graduations and leavers parties. Working with businesses to photograph corporate events, networking or even the Christmas party! Documenting the event as it unfolds to provide lasting memories through photography.
Christening / Naming ceremony
Christenings are such a special time. I work alongside the religious service and respect the wishes of the faith. This is a great opportunity to have photos of all the family and share the story together. Prices are on request.
Christmas
Christmas photo sessions book up very quickly! Each year I have a different background and offer something a little different. These photo sessions are great to give as gifts, create cards from and also to see your children grow each year. Snowball fights are often included.
Back to School
Our back to school photos stay with us throughout our story. Forming the beginning of a new chapter, as we move and grow through the school years. I have worked with many schools across Yorkshire capturing photos for them as well as capturing those back to school photos in my own studio.
Glitter
Glitter photo sessions are perfect for parties and as an alternative to a cake smash. All glitter is edible and safe to the environment. These sessions also make lovely photos as gifts.
Feathers
Feather photo sessions are great fun. One big pillow fight with feathers everywhere! I capture the fun as it unfolds. Perfect for couples looking for something a bit different or an alternative family photo or even a birthday party! I provide the pillows and the feathers all you need to do is bring the fun!
Bespoke

FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are included within a 5 mile radius of the studio, after this additional travel charges may apply
We want to include our dog in our photos, is that ok?
I absolutely love dogs and they are of course more than welcome in the studio. I need to know in advance if this is the case so I can ensure the studio is setup correctly.
Can we take our own photos?
Please refrain from taking images on your mobile phone during the shoot. I will put a sneak peak on my social media pages which can be shared. Images taken on your phone during a shoot do not reflect the quality of my work and I therefore do not give permission for them to be used outside of the studio.
How long is the gallery live for?
I keep all the edited photos for 6 months. Galleries are also live for 6 months.
How long does it take to receive the photos after the session?
This completely depends on the type of session and how many other sessions I have booked in. I aim for a 4 week turn around but am usually much quicker! If you need them for a certain date please let me know at the time of booking so I can do my best to accommodate your request
Are there toilets at your studio?
I have toilet facilities at the studio.
Do you provide the unedited photos?
No. I do not believe this accurately reflects my work and so will only provide photos which I have edited.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non refundable deposit/initial payment is taken at the time of booking your photography session.
